   Comparing this base (PCW?) to the Firmenich one, the latter smells much better. This one reminds me fragrance for „passionfruit“ shampoo I recently bought. It’s more soapy, and its fruity sweetness is somewhat cloying.

   It’s important to note that none of the bases actually smell like real passion fruit. The Firmenich base is too lactonic, lacking sharpness and acidity. Real passion fruit is extremely tart, both in taste and scent. The most suitable material I’ve found so far for building this accord is Paradisamide
